Alamada is a 1st class municipality in the Province of Cotabato, Philippines, an the Araw ng Alamada (Founding Anniversary) is celebrated every 21st of June. The theme of the celebration in 2018 is "Mamamayang Nagkakaisa, Pag-asa ng Bayang Masagana." It talks about prosperity through unity.
I was commissioned to design the schedule of activities, the culmination program, and other materials for the different activities. Since the event has not official logo yet, I decided to create the 4th Araw ng Alamada logo based on the theme of the anniversary. This is the final output:
The purpose of having a logo for the event is to create an identity and trademark that could be easily recognized by people if there is any material to be distributed that is related to the event. Here are some of the designs with the logo:
